Compensation:

South Africa: $2,000 – $2,500 USD/month
LATAM (Brazil, Colombia, Mexico): $2,000 – $3,000 USD/month

Our client is a boutique growth consultancy partnering with a select group of high-growth ecommerce brands generating between $2M–$20M in annual revenue. Our globally distributed team collaborates closely with direct-to-consumer brands to produce high-performing creative across paid media, email marketing, and ecommerce storefronts.

We operate in a fast-moving, execution-focused environment where strong creative output directly impacts growth, conversion, and revenue performance.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Creative Designer with strong experience supporting direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands through high-quality creative execution across Meta ads, email marketing, and ecommerce storefronts.

This is a highly execution-focused role centered around producing polished, performance-driven creative assets at scale. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design fundamentals with an understanding of performance marketing creative and modern AI-assisted workflows.

You will work across multiple ecommerce brands simultaneously, collaborating closely with media buyers, account managers, and marketing teams to deliver high-performing creative quickly and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ad Creative Design

Design static and motion-based creatives for Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram
Create high-converting direct response ad creatives aligned with campaign goals
Adapt creative styles across multiple ecommerce brands while maintaining brand consistency

Creative Production & Asset Execution

Produce high volumes of creative assets across multiple client accounts
Execute creative variations and iterations efficiently based on performance feedback
Maintain organized design workflows and asset management systems

Video Editing & Motion Design

Edit short-form ad creatives, UGC-style videos, motion graphics, and promotional content
Produce engaging video assets optimized for paid social performance
Support rapid creative testing and iteration cycles

Email Marketing Design (Klaviyo)

Design email marketing assets and campaigns within Klaviyo
Ensure responsive layouts, clean formatting, and visual consistency
Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaign launches and promotional calendars

Shopify Design Support

Assist with Shopify storefront design updates
Create homepage banners, landing page assets, promotional graphics, and product visuals
Support ecommerce merchandising initiatives through visual design execution

AI-Assisted Creative Workflow

Utilize AI tools to accelerate creative ideation, asset generation, editing, and production workflows
Incorporate modern AI creative tools into daily execution processes to improve efficiency and output quality

Collaboration & Project Management

Manage design requests and project tickets within Notion or similar project management systems
Collaborate cross-functionally with media buyers, copywriters, and account managers
Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule

Required Hard Skills

Proven experience designing Meta ads for direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands
Prior experience working within a DTC ecommerce agency environment strongly preferred
Strong portfolio showcasing paid social creative work
Experience with:
- Static ad design
- Video editing and motion graphics

Proficiency with:
