Position

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Board Executive Assistant to support four Managing Partners and ensure efficient coordination across the entire team. This is a key role at the heart of the company, perfect for someone who thrives at managing multiple priorities and takes pride in staying several steps ahead.

The ideal candidate is a business-oriented individual who understands the demands of supporting senior leadership and brings strong prior experience with similar positions.

Responsibilities

Provide support to the Managing Partners by managing complex calendars, anticipating needs, optimizing schedules, and arranging end-to-end travel.
Manage internal and external communications with stakeholders, including both written and verbal interactions.
Organize team schedules, meetings, off-sites, events, and travel arrangements, ensuring alignment across all members.
Take initiative in daily tasks and operations, acting proactively without needing direction, while identifying and resolving logistical challenges.

The Candidate

5+ years on a similar role supporting senior management in a fast-paced environment.
Highly articulate in English, with excellent written and verbal skills.
Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling platforms.
Excellent prioritization, time-management, and follow-through.
Ability to remain calm, organized, and effective under pressure.
Strong ethical standards and integrity, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
