In your day-to-day 🚀

Develop and maintain Python-based modules, scripts, and APIs that power analytics and AI-driven product features.
Integrate AI and LLM technologies (ChatGPT API, embeddings, text summarization, etc.) into analytics tools and workflows.
Build automation workflows to streamline data processing, reporting, and client delivery.
Collaborate with the Data & Platform Engineer to ensure efficient and secure access to production data.
Partner with BI Engineers to embed AI insights and model outputs into Tableau or Retool dashboards.
Prototype and deploy new AI-enabled functionalities for internal users and clients (e.g., predictive insights, automated summaries, natural language query assistants).
Document code, workflows, and technical specifications to ensure scalability and maintainability.
Monitor system performance, data reliability, and model accuracy.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and data automation.
Contribute to product roadmap discussions, proposing innovative AI and data-driven features.

Skills you have ✅

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Python-based data or AI development.
Strong knowledge of Python libraries for data and AI (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, OpenAI API, LangChain, etc.).
Understanding of API design, data integration, and automation principles.
Familiarity with AWS (Lambda, Athena, S3, Glue) for managing and automating data tasks.
Experience with model evaluation, prompt engineering, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Ability to translate analytical ideas into real-world, deployable solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent in English.
