Job Description: Executive Driver

Safely drive company executives to various locations, ensuring timely arrival for appointments and meetings.
Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle, performing routine inspections and necessary maintenance.
Plan and optimize routes for efficiency, taking into account traffic patterns and road conditions.
Assist executives with luggage and any other transportation needs.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times when dealing with sensitive company information and matters.
Provide excellent customer service to executives, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant travel experience.
Monitor vehicle service schedules and manage documentation and records related to vehicle maintenance.
Communicate effectively with executives and other staff members regarding travel arrangements and any itinerary changes.

Previous experience as a driver for executives or high-profile individuals preferred.
Experience in a corporate environment, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.
Familiarity with the local area, including major routes and transport hubs.
