Project Manager

Overview

Our client is a U.S.-based consulting firm specializing in property management accounting and software implementation. They help property management companies streamline operations and improve financial accuracy through platforms like AppFolio, Yardi Breeze, Yardi Voyager, and Vantaca. The Project Manager will act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project coordination, timely delivery, and excellent communication across all stakeholders.

Challenges you would face

Serve as the main point of contact for clients and manage project communications
Collect, organize, and input client information into systems and databases
Create and maintain project schedules while tracking progress and deliverables
Facilitate communication between clients and internal accounting or implementation teams
Coordinate task allocation and ensure project timelines and scope are maintained
Track and report on performance metrics, milestones, and risks
Maintain and improve operational documentation and standard operating procedures
Contribute to process improvements for greater accuracy and efficiency

The ideal candidate

3+ years of experience in project management or operations, ideally within accounting or property management
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
Familiar with AppFolio, Yardi Breeze, or Yardi Voyager platforms
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record managing multiple client-facing projects simultaneously
Thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment

Plus

Background in accounting, property management, or SaaS implementation
Experience with Salesforce or TaskRay
PMP or other project management certification
Experience managing distributed or remote teams
