The Opportunity

We are urgently seeking an experienced Marketing Operations & Project Specialist to support our brand marketing team. This role is essentially a project manager within the marketing function, where you will be tasked with leading projects from soup to nuts and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across all deliverables. This position is seen as a test for potential future, long-term roles, emphasizing the need for a seamless fit.

The most important factor for success in this role is communication and consistent follow-up, particularly as you manage critical vendor and external partner relationships. You must be comfortable working autonomously and taking full ownership of your project pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Campaign Management

Own the full execution of marketing initiatives, managing projects from initial concept through final delivery.
Manage and coordinate the marketing calendar across various projects and initiatives.
Be the central point of contact, liaising with vendors, external partners, and internal teams to ensure all deliverables are met and everyone follows through on their tasks.
Maintain consistent and great communication with all vendors, ensuring smooth workflows and timely resolution of issues.

Strategy & Operations

Conduct research and provide insights to elevate the consumer experience and marketing materials.
Ensure all marketing initiatives and execution methods align with our DTC brand needs.
Support the brand marketing team with essential marketing operations tasks, keeping processes organized and efficient.

Required Skills & Experience

Hard Skills

Experience in marketing operations, preferably in high-growth DTC brands.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Demonstrated experience managing various marketing projects and initiatives concurrently.
Familiarity with managing and tracking external vendor communication.
