Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Selenium Automation Developer with strong expertise in Python to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building robust automation frameworks and ensuring high-quality software delivery through continuous testing and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Python.
Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable automation frameworks.
Identify, document, and track software defects through defect management tools.
Work closely with the development and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Integrate automated testing with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).
Perform regression, functional, and integration testing across multiple browsers and platforms.
Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving automation best practices.

Required Skills:

Strong programming skills in Python.
Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, PyTest, or Unittest frameworks.
Experience in API automation testing (using tools like Requests or Postman).
Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and XPath locators.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
Experience in working with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

Knowledge of BBD tools (e.g., Behave or Cucumber).
Experience in performance testing or mobile automation.
Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
