Job description:

Lead and oversee all Human Capital functions to align with company strategy and operational goals.
Manage HR systems, compensation, talent management, recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement.
Develop HR policies and programs to foster a high-performance culture.
Supervise HR team performance and ensure effective budget and program execution.
Monitor, report, and advise management on HR initiatives and improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Law, or related field (Master’s preferred).
20+ years in Human Capital Management, with at least 7 years in senior leadership roles within mining, energy, or heavy industry.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor and immigration laws, expatriate management, and HR domains (C&B, HRIS, Talent, OD).
Holds HR certifications (SHRM-SCP/CP, SPHR, BNSP) and mining-related certification (POM/KaIT recognized).
Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
