RecruitCRM is an applicant tracking system designed for professional recruiters and staffing agencies. With this application, INTERIM LEGAL can better manage your application dossier, match you with interesting job opportunities, and execute requests more efficiently. INTERIM LEGAL utilizes various AI technologies from Recruit CRM, including a candidate-to-candidate AI matching feature that compares submitted CVs with job profiles using an algorithm. The AI technology generates a score to identify the most suitable candidate for a position. Our recruitment team then reviews this score to ensure the activities described in the CV align accurately with the score (human verification).

We have balanced our operational interests with the data protection risks for applicants. You also have the right to opt out of AI-assisted technology by refusing your consent when submitting your application.

At RecruitCRM, all your data is encrypted and stored in top-tier data centers managed by Amazon Web Services (AWS). Data processed by RecruitCRM is stored on servers in the USA by an external cloud service provider.

When you submit your data as part of a specific application on the INTERIM LEGAL website, your data is processed by RecruitCRM and transferred to the USA. INTERIM LEGAL has taken the necessary measures to comply with data protection regulations and ensure the lawful transfer of data to the USA. By agreeing to INTERIM LEGAL’s application form, you consent to this cross-border data transfer.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING:
We handle your application documents with strict confidentiality and use them only for the agreed purpose:

-In the context of personnel placement, we use your data only as far and as long as necessary for the placement process. The data may be shared with potential employers.

-In the context of personnel leasing, the data is processed until the end of the leasing relationship and your profile may be shared with (potential) deployment companies.

With your consent, we will retain your application dossier (electronically and/or in paper form) after the conclusion of the application process beyond the legal retention period of 6 months, for up to a maximum of 10 years, for further placement or leasing purposes. Your applicant data will then be irrevocably deleted or destroyed.

CONSENTS: I hereby explicitly consent to the following processing, storage, or transmission of my personal data:

Data sharing / transmission abroad: Interim Legal AG may share my personal data for the aforementioned purpose with other business branches of Interim Legal AG or independent business partners, including across national borders. The countries to which Interim Legal AG transmits my data and the guarantees applied to protect the data are detailed in the Interim Legal AG Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy of Interim Legal AG has been made accessible to me electronically or in paper form.
References and testimonials: I consent that Interim Legal AG may obtain references and testimonials about me only after prior consultation with me.
Data retention: I consent that Interim Legal AG may retain my personal data, provided in connection with my application dossier, for up to 10 years after the conclusion of the application process and may disclose it to third parties domestically and internationally for leasing or placement purposes. These third parties include service providers who provide and operate deployed IT applications or other companies involved in necessary processes for Interim Legal AG’s contractual service provision (e.g., payment service providers, payroll service providers). If I have provided particularly sensitive personal data (Art. 5 lit. c FADP) in connection with my application, such as a photo revealing ethnic origin, information about religious affiliation in the CV, etc., my consent also applies to these data.

The consents are independent of each other and given voluntarily. I can revoke my consents at any time without providing reasons.
