Job Title: Video Editor (Latin America)

Location: Remote (Latin America)

Role Overview

We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor based in Latin America to craft high-impact visual stories. From yacht builds and sea trials to owner stories and lifestyle features, you’ll edit and produce videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other digital channels — helping communicate luxury, adventure, and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Edit raw video footage from yacht builds, voyages, owner testimonials, events, and lifestyle shoots into compelling, brand-aligned stories.
Incorporate motion graphics, titles, transitions, and subtitles/captions for polished, platform-specific content.
Manage post-production audio, including background music, ambient effects, and voiceovers to match the luxury nautical atmosphere.
Ensure visual consistency across all content, reflecting Selene’s brand themes of comfort, craftsmanship, and ocean-tested strength.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align each video with campaign or business objectives.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
Stay current with social video trends (especially short-form storytelling for Reels and TikTok) and propose creative ideas to boost engagement.

Qualifications

2–3+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably for digital and social media platforms.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve; basic motion graphics (After Effects or equivalent).
Experience creating content for YouTube, Reels, and TikTok, including multi-format optimization (horizontal, vertical, square).
Strong storytelling ability — pacing, visual flow, luxury aesthetic, and audio sensitivity.
Ability to work independently and remotely with clear communication and reliable internet connectivity.
Portfolio required — marine, adventure, or lifestyle content preferred.
Fluent Spanish or Portuguese, plus good English proficiency for collaboration with the U.S. team.
