Our client is a boutique marketing agency helping local B2C service businesses in Colorado grow through full-service digital marketing.

With clients across hospitality, residential, and healthcare, they’re known for creative content and conversion-focused websites.

They’re now looking to elevate their paid media offering by bringing on an experienced ads manager to strengthen performance across Meta and Google campaigns.

Need to have qualifications:

2+ years of hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns
Proven ability to analyze and optimize CAC, ROAS, and CTR across multiple clients
Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, and ad testing frameworks
Familiarity with offline conversion tracking and lead attribution methods
Ability to work at least 4–5 hours overlapping Mountain Time (U.S. working hours)
Comfortable giving strategic input (not just executing), especially around CRO and creative direction

Nice to have:

Experience supporting B2C local service or hospitality businesses
Familiarity with a variety of CRMs (e.g., FollowUp Boss, Flowlu, AppFolio)
Comfort advising on landing page content, imagery, or layout for higher conversions
Positive, proactive energy with a team-oriented, self-starting mindset

Responsibilities:

Manage paid ad campaigns for 10–12 active clients across Meta and Google platforms
Set up tracking pixels, events, and conversion goals with accuracy
Partner with the team on monthly content shoots and provide creative testing input
Launch and iterate on A/B tests for copy, targeting, and placements
Audit performance weekly and deliver tactical suggestions to improve results
Support internal ad efforts, including launching and optimizing the agency’s own campaigns
Communicate async through Slack and Asana, with regular updates on account health
