Project Manager

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5–7+ years of proven end-to-end project management expertise. This role requires someone who can manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams — going beyond agile ceremonies or delivery coordination. The ideal candidate combines strategic oversight with disciplined execution and is fluent in English, able to communicate clearly and confidently with U.S.-based stakeholders.

Challenges you would face

Lead and coordinate projects holistically, including budgeting, scheduling, resourcing, and risk management
Develop and maintain key project documentation such as schedules, RAID logs, budgets, and stakeholder reports
Align multiple business units including training, hardware, production, and operations
Drive accountability and clarity across teams through structured follow-ups and transparent communication
Facilitate meetings and executive updates with confidence and clarity
Support change management initiatives and adoption of new tools or processes
Coach teams in project governance, ensuring consistent standards across initiatives

The ideal candidate

5–7 years of dedicated Project Management experience managing full project lifecycles including scope, budget, and stakeholders
Fluent, articulate English communication skills with proven experience working with U.S.-based teams
Bachelor’s degree required; PMP certification preferred
Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Professional background in consulting environments such as Accenture, KPMG, EY, PwC, or Deloitte
