About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Sprinkler Designer with a NICET Level II or higher certification and 5+ years of design experience. You’ll play a key role in system layout, hydraulic calculations, and coordination with architects, contractors, and engineers — ensuring every project meets NFPA standards and exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and prepare fire sprinkler system layouts, shop drawings, and hydraulic calculations.
Apply NFPA and local code requirements to all design deliverables.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate integration of systems.
Perform site visits, field verifications, and as-built documentation.
Support project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
Collaborate with engineers and contribute to continuous improvement in design standards.

Qualifications

NICET Level II or higher in Water-Based Systems Layout (required).
5+ years of experience in sprinkler system design.
Strong knowledge of NFPA codes, local fire codes, and industry standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and hydraulic calculation software.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
