Responsibilities:

File the license with the responsible regulator
Plan and conduct annual internal audit for KPay Japan having assistance by professional auditors
Organize Compliance Committee and keep the records
Establish the Annual Compliance Plan for KPay Japan and report progress to Compliance Committee
Establish the Annual Compliance Training Plan for KPay Japan
Provide KPay Japan employees with trainings concerning regulatory topics
File the annual report and ad-hoc reports with the responsible regulators
Lead the regulatory audits

Qualifications:

Working experience for financial companies for 2 years or longer
Experience in regulatory compliance, operations, internal audit in financial companies is a plus
Must have ability to analyze a lot of information in detail in a short space of time
Native level Japanese must to have
Business level English nice to have

Employment type：

Full-time employee

Probation period: 3 months (no change in wages or conditions)

Working Hours:

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

(Core working hours are from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexible start and end times.)

Salary details：

Wages will be determined based on experience and ability.

*Salary includes fixed overtime pay.

関係当局へのライセンス申請
専門監査人の支援を受けながら、KPay Japanの年次内部監査の計画および実施
コンプライアンス委員会の運営および記録の管理
KPay Japanの年間コンプライアンス計画の策定およびコンプライアンス委員会への進捗報告
KPay Japanの年間コンプライアンス研修計画の策定
KPay Japanの従業員に対する規制関連トピックの研修提供
関係当局への年次報告書および随時報告書の提出
規制当局による監査の主導

スキル及び経験：

金融業界での2年以上の勤務経験
金融機関での規制コンプライアンス、オペレーション、内部監査の経験があれば尚可
短期間で大量の情報を詳細に分析できる能力
日本語：ネイティブレベル（必須）
英語：ビジネスレベル（尚可）
