Creative Team Project Manager (Asana Workflow Focus)

Overview

This is a vital operational role within our high-impact marketing firm, specializing in explosive growth for major corporations and A-list celebrities. You will serve as the engine ensuring our high-volume creative output remains on track, aligned with client timelines, and executed against performance goals.

The Creative Team Project Manager is responsible for the rigorous management of all creative production workflows, with a primary focus on maintaining accuracy and velocity within our project management system. You will work closely with the Director of Creative Strategy (the client-facing lead) and the internal design and production teams to translate high-level creative vision into executable, timely tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Asana Workflow Management

Workflow Oversight: Own the daily health and accuracy of the creative team’s projects within Asana.
Task Alignment: Ensure all projects and creative assets are meticulously structured and aligned to one single source of truth within Asana.
Timeline Adherence: Rigorously monitor timelines, track progress, anticipate bottlenecks, and proactively follow up with designers, copywriters, and production staff to ensure timely completion.

Coordination and Communication

Internal Liaison: Act as the primary coordination point between the Director of Creative Strategy and internal production staff.
Creative Fulfillment: Translate client-facing creative needs into clear, prioritized, and scheduled tasks for execution teams.
Brand Communication Support: Keep internal teams aligned on the current status of creative tasks so the client-facing team can communicate project updates accurately.

Project Administration

Manage asset handoffs, version control, and final delivery logistics for all creative campaigns.
Document project outcomes and timelines for continuous process improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: Proven experience managing creative workflows or marketing operations, preferably in an agency or high-volume environment.
Asana Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in using Asana for task creation, project maintenance, reporting, and team management (non-negotiable).
Attention to Detail: Meticulous organizational skills and a relentless focus on ensuring every task detail is accounted for.
