Job Title: Property Valuer
Location: Sedgley
Basic Salary: £25,000- £30,000 (DOE)
OTE: £40,000
Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am-5:15pm + every other Saturday 9am -1pm

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out accurate property valuations for sales, providing honest, informed advice to vendors.
Advising clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and how to achieve the best outcome for their property.
Keeping up to date with local market trends and insights to support your valuations and client guidance.
Preparing detailed valuation reports and presenting them professionally.
Building lasting relationships with clients and supporting them throughout the sales journey.
Identifying opportunities to grow the business and helping to hit team sales targets.
Assisting with negotiations to secure the best possible sale outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Valuer within an estate agency setting.
Strong knowledge of residential property and local market dynamics.
Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Well-organised with a keen eye for detail.
Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
