About the Role:

This is a high-impact opportunity for an Executive Assistant to become the strategic partner to a successful business owner. If you're seeking professional growth, this is the role for you. You'll move beyond traditional admin work to own operational workflows, managing communications and scheduling, to deal sourcing and strategic research. The ideal candidate is a self-directed, analytical professional who will take full ownership and directly influence the firm's expansion.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Manage owner’s calendar, schedule meetings, travel, and expenses
Manage owner’s email communications, own and respond to emails, move emails to appropriate folders, review and flag issues, and serve as first point of contact
Assist with the owner's personal administrative tasks.
Conduct preliminary research and screening of potential business acquisition opportunities based on David's criteria
Help with deal sourcing and evaluation workflow - track status, request information, use AI tools to evaluate deals
Document processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and keep them updated
Provide general administrative support and help keep Owner organized and on track

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting a business owner or executive
Strong organizational and time management
Excellent technical writing abilities
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding and proactively get tasks done
Comfortable working remotely and across time zones
Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal skills

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Familiarity with financial analysis and deal-making a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred
