Power Electronics Project Manager

【概要】
本ポジションはパワーエレクトロニクス開発プロジェクトを立ち上げから量産導入まで統括し、顧客や各種エンジニアリングチームと連携して推進します。

Overview
This role leads engineering programs for power electronics systems—particularly inverter development—from concept through validation and launch.

【主な業務内容】
• プロジェクト計画、マイルストーン管理、関係部署との調整
• ハード・ソフト・システムの各領域で技術リード
• システム要件の理解およびアーキテクチャ定義
• 回路設計レビュー、電力解析、安全性考慮
• 新規プログラムに向けた技術評価および提案
• リスクの早期検知と対策立案
• 品質、納期、顧客満足に関わる成果物の管理

Key Responsibilities
• Manage schedules, milestones, and cross-functional communication.
• Provide technical leadership across hardware, software, and system teams.
• Convert system requirements into architecture and design specifications.
• Support circuit design reviews, load/power analysis, and safety considerations.
• Participate in planning and evaluation for new engineering programs.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, performance, and customer expectations.

Aichi Prefecture, Japan.

【必須スキル・経験】
• 自動車・電装分野での10年以上のエンジニアリング経験
• E2Eプロジェクトのリード経験
• システム要件、検証プロセス、規格の理解
• 機能安全およびサイバーセキュリティの基礎知識
• 電気・電子・ソフトウェア系の工学的知識（尚可）
• FMEAなどの品質プロセス経験
• 顧客折衝を含むコミュニケーション能力
• 日本語または英語での実務レベルの言語能力

Required Experience & Skills
• 10+ years in automotive or electronics engineering.
• Experience leading end-to-end development programs.
• Knowledge of system requirements, validation, and standards.
• Familiarity with functional safety and cybersecurity.
• Engineering background in electrical, electronics, or software preferred.
• Experience with FMEA or similar methodologies.
• Strong communication skills for cross-team and customer collaboration.
• Proficiency in Japanese or English based on candidate background.
