Business Development Executive (BDE) / Business Development Manager (BDM) – Geotechnical Services (KSA)

About the Role

We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) / Business Development Manager (BDM) for our geotechnical services division in Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge in geotechnical or civil engineering and proven experience in selling geotechnical investigation, material testing, or civil testing services in the region.

This role requires regular client visits, proposal preparation, tracking new projects, and driving revenue growth across KSA.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage new clients in geotechnical, civil, and infrastructure sectors across KSA.
Track ongoing and upcoming construction projects for potential testing opportunities.
Visit site offices, consultants, contractors, and ministries to promote services.
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and pre-qualification documents.
Follow up on submitted proposals and close deals.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate client and project records using CRM.
Build strong client relationships and identify high-value business opportunities.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Support payment follow-ups and ensure timely collections.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings when required.
Provide sales reports and updates to management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or relevant technical field.
3–5 years of experience in geotechnical or civil testing business development in KSA.
Valid KSA driving license and willingness for regular field visits.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Familiarity with construction workflows and geotechnical project requirements.
Willingness to travel across GCC as required.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

Experience with ISO/IEC-accredited labs is an advantage.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
Arabic speaking is mandatory.
- Indian candidates who speak Arabic will be given priority.
- Native Arabic speakers preferred.
