Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly capable Executive/Personal Assistant to support a CEO in managing personal and lifestyle-related functions. This role focuses primarily on non-business tasks, helping the executive stay organized, efficient, and on top of day-to-day responsibilities outside of work.

Travel & Logistics Coordination: Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics.
Email & Communication Management: Draft, review, and respond to personal emails and communications on behalf of the executive.
Administrative Organization: Maintain personal schedules, pay bills, track deadlines, and manage routine tasks efficiently.
Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Handle ambiguous situations independently and make thoughtful decisions to resolve challenges.
Feedback Integration: Receive feedback constructively and adapt quickly to evolving priorities and expectations.
Discretion & Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and privacy.

Minimum Requirements:

Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills

Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally)

Experience: 3+ years of related experience

Proven experience as a high-level executive or personal assistant, preferably supporting senior executives or high-profile individuals.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a fast-paced executive and handling urgent requests.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
