About the Role

A leading automotive company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Spare Parts Supervisor with a strong background in multi-brand automotive parts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the spare parts department, ensuring accurate inventory control, smooth operations, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day operations of the spare parts department
Maintain and manage inventory for multi-brand automotive spare parts
Ensure timely identification, sourcing, and availability of required parts
Coordinate with workshop, procurement, and service teams for seamless workflow
Handle vendor relationships and negotiate pricing when needed
Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and optimize inventory
Implement proper storage, cataloging, and documentation procedures
Ensure high-quality customer service for internal and external clients
Prepare reports, analyze stock movement, and improve operational efficiency
Train and guide staff on parts identification, systems, and procedures

Requirements

Proven experience as a Spare Parts Supervisor in the automotive industry
Strong knowledge of multi-brand automotive parts (essential)
Familiarity with workshop operations and spare parts management systems
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced environment
Ability to join immediately is highly preferred
