About the Job

The Personal Assistant cum Business Development Manager will provide high-level executive support to the CEO of the Manufacturing Division while driving key business development initiatives. This role manages the CEO’s daily operations, communications, schedules, travel, and documentation, ensuring smooth and efficient office functioning. At the same time, the position leads market research, identifies growth opportunities, engages potential clients and partners, prepares strategic reports, and supports cross-functional projects to advance the company’s business goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, analytical, bilingual in English and Mandarin, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Personal Assistant

A. Executive Support & Office Management

Act as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external parties.
Manage the Chief Executive Officer’s office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning (both office & plant).
Handle emails, correspondence, calls, and communication flow to/from the CEO.
Organize and maintain the CEO’s calendar, schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Compile daily/weekly operational reports for the CEO.
Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, briefs, presentations, and communication materials.

B. Travel, Meeting & Event Coordination

Arrange complex local and overseas travel including flight bookings, accommodation, itineraries, and logistics.
Coordinate internal/external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up action tracking.
Ensure all documents are well-organized with efficient filing and documentation systems.

C. Project & Administrative Support

Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring key CEO-driven projects.
Support preparation of budget reports, quarterly meeting documents, and other periodic updates.
Undertake special assignments and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the CEO.

Business Development Manager

A. Business Strategy & Growth Initiatives

Develop, execute, and oversee business strategies that focus on growth and expansion.
Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential revenue channels.
Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and competitive landscape.

B. Client Development & Relationship Management

Contact potential clients and business partners to establish relationships and explore collaborations.
Organize business meetings with prospects, partners, and key stakeholders.

C. Market Research & Analysis

Conduct market research, gather relevant data, and prepare strategic insights for CEO decision-making.
Analyze business performance, market demands, pricing, and competitor data.

D. Project & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of BD initiatives.
Support ongoing internal/external projects with tracking, reporting, and progress updates.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to draft business documents, presentations, proposals, and communications.
Highly proficient with digital tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and technology applications.
