We are seeking an exceptional Private PA to support a high-profile VVIP individual who is returning to the professional sphere. About the Role:
The successful candidate will act as the principal’s right-hand person—organising, streamlining, and managing all aspects of her demanding schedule. The role requires someone who thrives under pressure, can anticipate needs, and has a deep understanding of working within VIP environments, including knowledge of protocol and etiquette.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide full personal and executive PA support
Travel regularly with the principal, both regionally and internationally
Take meetings on behalf of the principal where necessary
Manage all travel arrangements, appointments, and bookings (business and personal)
Support the principal’s return to work and manage her public image and reputation
Represent the principal professionally and gracefully in all settings
Multitask and manage competing priorities with ease

Candidate Profile:

Previous experience supporting VIPs or HNW/UHNW individuals
Confident, refined, and immaculately presented
Dynamic and fast-paced, with exceptional attention to detail
Understands the importance of discretion and confidentiality
A self-starter who can work independently while staying in sync with the principal’s needs
Protocol-trained or familiar with formal etiquette preferred
Willingness and flexibility to travel
Open to Female PA due to cultural reasons
