Job description

Drafting and reviewing sale and purchase, Service Agreements as well as trade finance agreements;

Legal support to traders and logistic operations (transactional matters, trade finance, litigation, arbitration, compliance, KYC etc).


Litigation / Arbitration:

Advising on disputes, preparing and filing proceedings, submissions, etc.. Negotiating and documenting settlements, handling customer claims.


Transactional compliance:

Profile:

Similar experience of at least 3 years either in a law firm, trading company or in a bank managing commodities

Fluent in English and French, Russian is an asset

Willing to work in an international environment

Open-minded, positive attitude and capability work in an independent manner

English qualified sought but not essential


Specific knowledge:

Strong experience in contract review and contract drafting.

Experience of trade finance and corporate finance.

Budget: CHF135k / year
