Designer (Remote): 3–5+ Years Experience

What You’ll Do

Design and deliver end-to-end creative assets across digital, print, ecommerce, packaging, and campaign channels.
Create elevated layouts for product launches, collection stories, emails, onsite assets, trade materials, pitch decks, and lookbooks.
Build visually refined assets (images + videos) for e-com product pages and retail partners.
Translate home decor collections into clean, modern visual narratives aligned with brand direction.
Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Sales to ensure assets support business goals and channel requirements; reports to the Art Director.
Maintain and evolve design systems for typography, color, layout, spacing, and visual consistency.
Deliver production-ready files with precision: color accuracy, bleed prep, resolution, and template adherence.
Present work clearly to internal partners with rationale grounded in design principles and data.

What You’re Great At

3–5+ years of design experience across digital, trade, print and e-commerce.
Strong command of layout, color, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy.
High proficiency in Adobe (Photoshop, Adobe after effects, Bridge, XD, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Skilled at emerging AI design tools (Nano Banana, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc.) to generate concepts, variations, and production-ready enhancements.
Experience designing for consumer brands in home, lifestyle, fashion or related visual categories.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver refined work quickly.
Strong communication skills; able to explain design decisions clearly.
Bonus: experience with motion/animation, CGI/AI tools, packaging, or merchandising materials.
