Owns the aesthetic and quality bar across all product, lifestyle, CGI-to-photo, and campaign assets.

What You’ll Do

Retouch product and lifestyle photography with expert precision—color, shadows, texture, cleanup, perspective, dimensionality.
Maintain color accuracy across rug collections, textures, fibers, and pattern nuance.
Create consistent lighting and surface qualities across multi-channel imagery (e-commerce, retail, social, catalog, packaging).
Refine CGI outputs to match real-world lighting, texture detail, and premium brand standards.
Build scalable retouch presets, workflows, and QA systems to improve output consistency.
Manage delivery timelines, file naming, asset organization, and export specs.

How You’ll Measure Success

High visual consistency across all imagery (studio, lifestyle, CGI hybrids).
Reduction in revision cycles through clear guidelines and precision execution.
Improved e-commerce conversion and product clarity due to clean, accurate imagery.
Faster turnaround times through streamlined presets and processes.

What You’re Great At

4–6+ years of retouching experience in home décor, fashion, beauty, or luxury consumer categories.
Expertise in Photoshop + color grading, masking, texture preservation, cleanup, and compositing.
Comfortable integrating AI into daily creative workflows to accelerate ideation, elevate craft, and improve production efficiency (Chatgpt, Nano Banana, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc.)
Strong understanding of textiles, fabric rendering, detail accuracy, and pattern alignment.
Ability to match across diverse sources: studio photography, lifestyle shoots, CGI outputs.
Obsessed with detail and maintaining visual consistency.
