Job Description :

The role demands excellent coordination abilities, strong communication skills, and prior experience supporting senior leadership.

Working Hours :

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Key Responsibilities :

1. Executive Support to MD & CFO

Scheduling and organizing meetings, reviews, and appointments.
Managing calendars, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining daily agendas.
Handling confidential emails, correspondence, documentation, and follow-ups.

2. Communication & Coordination

Liaising with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
Drafting business communication, emails, and letters.
Ensuring timely reminders and follow-ups on pending tasks and deliverables.

3. Digital Tools & Virtual Meetings

Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Calendar, MS Outlook.
Scheduling online meetings via Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
Sending invites, sharing links, and ensuring smooth meeting execution.

4. Travel & Logistics Management

Coordinating domestic & international travel:
- Flight & hotel bookings
- Visa/passport documentation
- Travel & health insurance
- Itinerary planning
- Ensuring seamless execution of all travel-related activities.

Candidate Profile :

Graduate with strong communication and coordination skills.
5–10 years of experience supporting senior management / CXO-level.
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
Proficiency in digital tools and virtual meeting platforms.
