Join the Downtown Tucson Partnership (DTP) and help shape a vibrant, thriving downtown! As the District Programs Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in executing programs and initiatives that uplift local businesses, enhance public spaces, and create a welcoming environment for everyone who lives, works, and visits Downtown Tucson.

What You’ll Do

Support District Programs: Assist with coordinating cleaning, safety, maintenance, and placemaking initiatives.
Respond to Stakeholders: Serve as a friendly, solution-oriented point of contact for businesses, property owners, and community stakeholders.
Coordinate Public Space Activations: Help bring downtown to life by coordinating art installations, seasonal activations, and beautification projects.
Provide Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, maintain documentation, support the execution of outreach and community engagement, and ensure smooth office operations.
Track & Report: Log service issues, maintain accurate data, and generate reports on program performance and district conditions.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in administrative coordination, community engagement, or operations support.
Strong organizational and communication skills with a knack for problem-solving.
Proven ability to thrive while managing multiple priorities, competing timelines, and stakeholder interests.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Public Administration, Urban Planning, Business, Communications, or related field).
Proficiency in Office Suites (Microsoft or similar); familiarity with CRM, project tracking, and/or service tracking platforms a plus.
Passion for local business, arts & culture, and getting things done.

FT salaried role: $48,000 – $56,000
