Sales Manager – Logistics (Freight Forwarding)

A leading company in the freight forwarding and contract logistics sector is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for a target-driven individual with strong expertise in freight forwarding, contract logistics, and global tender management.

Key Responsibilities:

Secure new business across freight forwarding and supply chain solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value deals.
Lead RFQs/RFPs and global tenders with internal operations, pricing, and solutions teams.
Mentor and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Manage key accounts, ensuring service quality, retention, and growth.

Requirements:

5–8 years’ experience in logistics/freight forwarding sales.
Proven track record managing global tenders and large corporate accounts.
Strong knowledge of air, ocean, road freight, warehousing, and supply chain services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience leading a sales team is an advantage.
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
