Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Strategically identify and acquire new clients for international freight forwarding services across all modes (Air, Sea, and Land).
Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting, and professional relationships with customers by providing tailored and cutting-edge supply chain solutions that meet their unique trade requirements.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a proactive sales pipeline strategy to ensure a consistent flow of new business opportunities.
Target Attainment: Meet or exceed aggressive monthly and annual revenue and volume targets set by the management team.
Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience of 2 to 8 years in sales, specifically within the freight forwarding or logistics sector is strongly preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- High level of computer literacy.
