Marketing Campaigns Specialist– Ref. 6075/MCS/ESS/GR

Job Profile

This role involves designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that reach millions of consumers nationwide. The ideal candidate combines creative thinking, strong organizational skills, and a strategic mindset - driving impactful campaigns from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and evaluate ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategy and communication goals.
Coordinate the implementation of promotional activities across multiple channels, including TV, print, social media, and in-store activations.
Organize and oversee physical, digital (phygital), and experiential events that strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
Collaborate closely with advertising agencies, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure all deliverables meet high production standards.
Safeguard brand consistency and adherence to corporate identity across all communication materials.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration.
Professional experience in marketing or communication roles, ideally involving both ATL and BTL activities.
Experience in activities across multiple channels is a must
Excellent command of English.
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging messages.
High level of creativity combined with structured thinking and strong organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Collaborative team player who builds positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment, with readiness to travel and actively support marketing events.
