ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a Marine Insurance Leader, is seeking an Office Manager based in Piraeus.

Office Manager (6079/OM/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth daily operation of the office, including supplies, equipment, vendors, and facilities management.
Maintain and optimize internal processes, office organization systems, and communication flow to support efficient business operations.
Provide high-level executive assistance to the CEO, including calendar coordination, meeting preparation, travel arrangements, and documentation.
Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and briefing materials to support decision-making and executive communication.
Track deadlines, action items, and ongoing projects, ensuring timely follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and maturity.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field.
2+ years of experience in Office Management, Executive Assistance, Administrative Coordination or similar role.
Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
Fluency in English and Greek, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills, time-management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
High level of communication skills, adaptability and ability to work with discretion and professionalism.
