A prestigious private household in Abu Dhabi is seeking an exceptionally skilled and discreet Female Horse Riding Coach specialising in Show Jumping. The successful candidate will deliver elite-level training, focusing on technique, confidence, safety, and competition readiness.
This is a refined, high-profile role within a professional equestrian environment, requiring someone who is polished, patient, diplomatic, and experienced with VIP households or elite riders.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personalised, high-level show jumping coaching to the rider.
Develop tailored training programmes and prepare the rider for competitions or private displays.
Ensure the highest safety standards for both rider and horses at all times.
Maintain a professional, discreet, and respectful training environment.
Oversee the schooling, fitness, and readiness of competition-standard horses.
Offer constructive guidance, performance feedback, and progression analysis.
Work closely with the equestrian team, including grooms and stable staff, to ensure seamless operations.
Uphold royal protocols, confidentiality, and etiquette at all times.

Candidate Requirements

Proven track record in elite show jumping and rider coaching.
Exceptional horsemanship with the ability to ride and manage competition-level horses.
Experience working in private households, royal environments, or VIP settings is highly desirable.
Must speak Arabic.
Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
High physical fitness, patience, and dedication.
Relevant equestrian certifications or coaching qualifications preferred.
Strong knowledge of horse care, stable management, and competition preparation.
