Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives user acquisition, retention, and brand awareness across global markets.
Lead, mentor, and expand a high‑performing marketing team covering performance marketing, brand, content, community, and partnerships.
Collaborate closely with product, compliance, legal, and engineering teams to ensure initiatives align with regulatory requirements and product roadmap.
Own the full marketing funnel—from demand generation to conversion optimization—leveraging data‑driven insights to continuously improve ROI.
Manage a multi‑million‑dollar annual budget, allocating spend across paid media, sponsorships, events, PR, and emerging channels.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks to track campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
Represent the organization at industry conferences, media engagements, and partnership negotiations to enhance brand positioning.
Drive creative storytelling that highlights the unique value proposition in the crypto space.

Essential Qualifications

Minimum 9 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within fintech, crypto, or high‑growth technology companies.
Proven track record of scaling businesses from startup to multi‑million‑user platforms.
Strong understanding of regulatory environments affecting crypto products and ability to work closely with compliance teams.
Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable growth tactics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable speaking to investors, media, and large audiences.
Hands‑on experience with performance marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, programmatic platforms) and analytics suites (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
Ability to thrive in a remote, fast‑paced, and highly collaborative environment.

Desired Experience & Skills

Experience managing budgets of $10M+ annually.
Background in building and leading cross‑functional teams across multiple geographies.
Familiarity with community building in crypto ecosystems (Discord, Telegram, Reddit, etc.).
Track record of securing strategic partnerships and sponsorships that drive brand equity.
Understanding of SEO, content marketing, influencer collaborations, and PR in the tech sector.
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (educational qualification not strictly required if experience is strong).
