We harness the full potential of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to help public sector agencies and mid-market companies enhance engagement, improve accessibility, and accelerate service delivery. Our proprietary platform, SnapApp, leverages AI and low-code to rapidly deliver impactful digital outcomes. BlueVector AI provides end-to-end GCP implementation services, including Cloud Application Development, Data & Analytics, Machine Learning/AI, and Mobile Application Development.

What You Will Do

The Commercial Account Executive (CAE) is responsible for driving new logo acquisition and expansion within the Commercial (Mid-Market) segment. This role requires an individual who thrives in a high-velocity, solution-selling environment. You will own the entire sales process, from initial qualification and deal scoping through contract negotiation and close, focusing on repeatable, value-driven sales cycles with commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

Pipeline Generation & Management: Aggressively identify and prospect new business leads through direct outreach, targeted account research, and deep collaboration with Google and other partners.
Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the full sales process from lead capture and qualification through contract negotiation and closing of new business.
Strategic Partnership: Develop trusted, influential relationships with the Google Commercial team (FSRs, CEs, etc.) to drive co-selling opportunities and strategic account mapping.
Solution Selling: Quickly gain a strong understanding of client needs and articulate the business value of BlueVector AI's GCP services and the SnapApp platform.
Deal Scoping: Collaborate with the sales support and engineering teams to accurately scope, size, and price solutions, resulting in clear and accurate Statements of Work (SOWs).
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with BlueVector AI’s sales support and marketing teams to build new sales collateral, refine service oﬀerings, and execute targeted sales campaigns for the commercial market.
Reporting & Compliance: Track all sales activities, contacts, companies, and deals accurately and consistently in Hubspot. Ensure all new deals are registered with Google in Partner Advantage.
Product Expertise: Learn BlueVector AI’s SnapApp low-code platform to be able to partner with the demonstration teams to deliver diﬀerentiated, compelling presentations to clients.
Certification: Gain a broad understanding of GCP and confirm this understanding with a Google Digital Leader certification within the first 6 months.

You’re eager to learn new technologies, deliver compelling demos, and consistently exceed revenue targets.
Like all BlueVector AI positions, we expect people in this role will be collaborative self-starters who are willing to learn BlueVector’s low-code solution (SnapApp) and how it intersects with Google’s AI tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of demonstrated experience scoping and selling complex professional services and/or SaaS solutions to Commercial or Mid-Market companies.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding booking and revenue targets in a quota-carrying role.
Demonstrated ability to create and deliver high-quality, persuasive solution presentations to technical and business audiences.
Strong business acumen with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience collaborating with sales support and engineering teams to define and generate Statements of Work (SOWs).
Experience working with demanding clients and managing multiple high-priority deals simultaneously.
Experience working with Google Cloud account teams (Commercial segment is a plus).
Selling Google Cloud custom development applications or AI/ML solutions is a plus.

Pay: $300,000 OTE. $130,000 - $150,000 per year (based on experience) + 5% commission on attributed services revenue and 10% commission on attributed licenses revenue or resale margin
