Job Description: Project Manager (Electrical)

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage electrical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and construction to facilitate the successful execution of renewable energy projects.
Design and oversee the implementation of solar and battery energy storage systems (BESS) ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and issues as they arise.
Perform site inspections and oversee testing, commissioning, and handover processes for completed projects.
Ensure optimal project performance by applying best practices in project management methodologies.
Engage with clients and suppliers to foster strong relationships and facilitate ongoing project support.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Professional project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, solar technologies, and battery energy storage solutions.

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the electrical or renewable energy sector.
Proven track record in managing large-scale projects from conception through to completion.
Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment and guiding projects through regulatory approval processes.
