The Role – In One Sentence

You are the operational engine and the Founder’s right hand.

You own everything that isn’t vision, brand, or new product creation — and you turn a fast-growing, high-potential DTC brand into a predictable, high-velocity revenue machine that can scale past $100M+ without breaking.

First 90 Days – Non-Negotiable Outcomes

If you can’t see yourself doing this in 90 days, this isn’t your seat.

Full Team & Systems Audit Complete
- Every seat graded: Keep / Upgrade / Remove
- Weak links identified and addressed
- A-player talent pipeline live and active
Company Operating System Locked In & Enforced
- Daily SOD/EOD cadence, weekly “war room,” real-time dashboards
- Clear KPIs, ownership, and follow-through
- Founder never has to chase execution again
Friction Identified and Eliminated Across the Business
- Supply chain, fulfillment, Amazon operations, finance, creative pipeline, cross-functional communication
- Bottlenecks diagnosed and resolved with durable solutions

What You Own

Everything that touches money, execution, and operational performance:

End-to-end supply chain and manufacturing
Amazon Seller Central (listings, inventory, PPC execution, compliance)
DTC fulfillment (Shopify, subscriptions, CX, LTV, churn reduction)
People and org build-out (current team ~8 → 25+ in 18 months)
Hiring, performance management, and when necessary — firing fast
Operating system: Notion (or similar), SOPs, KPI dashboards, meeting cadences
Margin defense and velocity offense – you protect profit and unlock growth

You don’t just “keep things running.” You design the machine that keeps running.

Mandatory Prerequisites – No Exceptions

You are (or were) a serious athlete.
- Competitive background (sport, martial arts, endurance, etc.)
- You train hard, eat clean, and treat health as non-negotiable.
- This is a lifestyle, not a phase.
You have already scaled operations for a $20M–$100M+ e-commerce / CPG / supplement brand (or a division of similar size).
- You’ve seen the complexity and know where things break.
- You’ve been in the room when hard decisions were made.
You have personally built and led remote teams of 15–40+ people.
- Hiring plans, scorecards, onboardings, performance management, exits.
You have fired underperformers and upgraded seats quickly and humanely.
- You can have hard conversations without drama.
You are decisive under pressure.
- Calm when things are on fire, allergic to excuses, obsessed with solutions.
You work in Western or Western-aligned time zones
You live the health optimization lifestyle.
- You don’t just understand the customer — you are the customer.
