About the Role

We’re partnering with a globally recognised engineering consultancy to support the growth of their Fire Protection Engineering team in the U.S. They are looking to hire a Junior–Mid Level Fire Protection Engineer who is eager to develop their technical skills while working on complex, high-impact projects across multiple sectors.

This is a fully remote role, offering the opportunity to work alongside experienced fire engineers and multidisciplinary teams on projects including commercial, healthcare, transportation, infrastructure, and mission-critical facilities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Support the design and analysis of fire protection and life safety systems
Assist with fire alarm, sprinkler, smoke control, and life safety strategies
Conduct code research and support fire and building code compliance reviews
Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and reports
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams across disciplines
Participate in internal reviews, project coordination meetings, and client discussions
Learn and grow under the guidance of senior fire protection engineers

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
2–6 years of experience in fire protection engineering or life safety consulting
Working knowledge of NFPA codes, IBC/IFC, and fire protection systems
Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit preferred
EIT or PE-in-progress strongly preferred
Strong communication skills and a desire to grow technically
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a national team
