BIM Coordinator at International Architecture Practice

Location: Central London
Salary: £45,000–£55,000

Working Pattern: Full-time, in-office

Responsibilities:

Support project teams in implementing BIM workflows and tools, primarily Autodesk Revit
Provide technical assistance and liaise with the BIM Manager on standards and processes
Set up projects, maintain BIM models, and ensure compliance with project-specific requirements
Conduct BIM coordination exercises and deliver training to team members
Monitor model performance and quality, ensuring adherence to studio standards

Skills & Qualifications:

Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit; Revit certification preferred
Knowledge of Dynamo and Navisworks highly beneficial
Familiarity with Common Data Environments and legacy CAD practices
Experience delivering projects to BIM standards with QA processes
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
