We’re seeking a detail-driven professional to lead the finishing stage of a high-specification project, ensuring precision, quality, and seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

Setting Out & Technical Expertise
Perform accurate setting-out for architectural, structural, and MEP elements.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications for flawless execution.
Verify levels, alignments, and dimensions for partitions, ceilings, joinery, stonework, tiling, and specialist installations.

Site Coordination & Management

Act as the lead engineer for finishing works, coordinating subcontractors and consultants
Resolve technical issues promptly to maintain project timelines.
Oversee daily site operations with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Quality Assurance:

Implement QA/QC processes for all finishing activities.
Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with luxury-grade standards.

Experience you need

5–10 years postgraduate experience in **high-end residential or hospitality construction**.
Expertise in **setting out during finishing stages**.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and luxury finishing standards.
Proficiency with **surveying instruments** (Total Station, GPS, laser levels) and relevant software.
