For our client, an internationally operating company in the food industry for which we provide consultancy services, we are seeking a ''B2B Sales and Foreign Trade Manager''.

Qualifications;

Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments of universities,
Preferably experienced in the FMCG sector; food industry experience is a strong asset,
Minimum 15 years of experience in B2B Industry sales, including tender- and contract-based sales, cost and capacity management
Experience in mid-sized international companies with the ability to adapt to small-to-mid scale organizational structures,
Export experience is an advantage; however, candidates with a strong business development mindset are highly preferred,
Strong commercial acumen with solid financial awareness and a good understanding of supply chain processes,
Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills across departments,
Mature, pragmatic, hands-on profile, comfortable working closely with senior management,
Able to influence without formal authority and challenge assumptions constructively with a “can-do challenger” mindset,
Advanced English proficiency.

Job Description;

Take full commercial ownership of tender- and contract-based B2B Industry sales, including pricing, margin, and contract management,
Coordinate cost, capacity, and customer expectations to ensure smooth post-award execution and high service quality,
Hold overall responsibility for import operations, working in close collaboration with Supply Chain and relevant internal stakeholders,
Structure and grow the Export business from a small base; develop foodservice and related B2B channels through imported products,
Operate within a dual reporting structure, reporting to relevant senior leadership for B2B, import, export, and channel development activities,
Build strong interfaces with Factory, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to establish a profitable and sustainable B2B and Export business model.
