【Position】 Plant Manager

【Summary】 The Plant Manager is responsible for ensuring that the factory's on-time delivery rate and quality are maintained at a level acceptable to customers. They are also responsible for improving workplace safety and boosting employee morale and motivation. Critically, this role requires accountability for problem-solving not only within the factory but also for issues affecting the entire company. The Plant Manager will supervise all personnel within the factory , ensure effective communication between management, customers, and suppliers , and achieve budget management targets and cost reductions based on management directives.
Future involvement in management is expected.

【Essential Duties】

Operations & Safety Management:

Achieve customer-required delivery deadlines and quality targets.
Ensure production personnel comply with regulations regarding production, quality, safety, and 5S activities.
Maintain and manage overall factory safety management and 5S activities.
Maintain and manage all machinery and equipment within the factory.

Financial & Budget Management:

Manage the budget for all aspects of factory operations (personnel costs, defect loss costs, tool costs, factory equipment costs, maintenance costs, etc.).
Continuously strive for cost reduction against the budget.
Compile company financial statements and participate in regular meetings with headquarters to provide status updates.

Personnel Management:

Supervise all factory personnel
Set annual goals, monitor progress, implement disciplinary actions as needed, and conduct annual performance reviews.
Manage personnel to resolve problems and achieve goals.

Communication & Reporting:

Participate in regular meetings with headquarters (Japan) and explain approaches to problems.
Coordinate, support, and assist business travelers from group companies.
Prepare for and perform duties related to future participation in management.

【Work Hours】

8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.（Mon-Fri）
Note: Must be able to respond quickly to company situations in a 24-hour production environment.

【Salary / Benefit】

Salary: $75,000-$85,000 (Depends on Experience)
Status: Exempt

【Qualifications】

Over 3 years of factory management experience in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent qualifications.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong teamwork skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Experience or understanding of Japanese manufacturing culture/reporting to HQ is highly preferred.
