Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Business-Focused)

About our client:

Our Client operates an independent commercial real estate brokerage based in California. As a solo broker, they manage listings, transactions, and client relationships across commercial real estate deals. The business is fast-paced, detail-driven, and highly professional, with a strong emphasis on organization, responsiveness, and operational excellence.

Role Intent:
Provide administrative support strictly for Lauren’s business operations. This is not a personal assistant or executive assistant role. Must have brokerage experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Lauren’s commercial real estate business through administrative execution, including but not limited to:

General business administration and task management
Managing documents, files, and transaction-related paperwork
Supporting listing and deal workflows
Email and business correspondence support (business-only)
Keeping internal systems, records, and follow-ups organized
Assisting with data entry, tracking, and reporting as needed

Explicitly out of scope:

Personal travel booking
Personal errands or lifestyle management

HARD SKILLS REQUIRED

Strong administrative and organizational skills
High attention to detail for documentation and record-keeping
Comfortable supporting a professional services business
Ability to learn and support commercial real estate workflows
Strong English communication
Prior experience supporting real estate, legal, or professional services is a plus

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED

Reliable and self-directed
Business-minded (understands professional boundaries)
Comfortable working independently with clear instructions
Responsive and organized
