About the Role

The Brand Manager - Fashion is a strategic and creative role responsible for managing the brand identity, commercial performance, and market positioning of a portfolio of fashion labels. This role requires a professional who can blend a deep passion for global fashion trends with sharp commercial acumen. You will be responsible for driving brand desire, managing seasonal collections, and ensuring that marketing efforts translate into measurable footfall and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Seasonal Planning

Campaign Management: Develop and execute seasonal marketing calendars, aligning brand stories with international fashion cycles and local cultural highlights.
Brand Positioning: Define and maintain the unique value proposition for assigned fashion labels, ensuring they remain relevant to their target audience.
Product Launches: Lead the end-to-end marketing launch of new arrivals and exclusive designer collaborations.

2. Creative & Visual Excellence

Visual Merchandising: Collaborate closely with the VM team to ensure in-store displays and window setups reflect the seasonal brand narrative and meet premium standards.
Content Creation: Oversee the production of high-quality visual content (shoots, lookbooks, social media assets) that reflects the aspirational nature of the brands.
PR & Events: Organize exclusive launch events, fashion shows, and influencer engagements to drive brand talkability.

3. Digital & Social Engagement

Influencer Marketing: Build and manage relationships with key fashion influencers, stylists, and brand ambassadors.
Digital Strategy: Oversee social media platforms, ensuring a high-fashion aesthetic and engaging storytelling that drives traffic to both the e-commerce platform and physical stores.

4. Commercial Performance & Analysis

Sales Monitoring: Track daily/weekly sales performance, analyzing the impact of marketing activities on category sell-through rates.
Market Insights: Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and stay ahead of global fashion trends to provide strategic recommendations to the buying and merchandising teams.
Inventory Alignment: Work with the retail operations team to ensure marketing efforts are synchronized with stock availability.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

Experience: 3–6 years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing, specifically within the Fashion, Luxury Retail, or Beauty sectors.
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field. Professional qualifications (CIM/SLIM) are highly valued.

Skills & Attributes

Aesthetic Eye: A strong sense of style and an understanding of high-end fashion branding and visual storytelling.
Commercial Drive: Proven ability to manage budgets and link creative campaigns to commercial KPIs (ROI, Sales growth).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to present ideas to senior leadership and international partners.
