Recruiter – HR Advisory Services Team, Nicosia – REC/12/25

We are seeking a confident and outgoing Recruiter to join our HR Advisory services team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of proven recruitment experience, with strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management. This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse industries, supporting clients with tailored recruitment solutions. This position reports to the Head of Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from client briefing and job posting/sourcing to candidate shortlisting.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for client roles.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for multiple industries.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
Provide market insights and recruitment strategies to enhance client outcomes.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of 3 years’ recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting top talent.
Confident, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation expertise.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with recruitment tools, ATS systems, and social media platforms.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach.
