Role Highlights:

Real Estate Transactions & Advisory: Advise on a wide range of real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects, hospitality assets, and commercial real estate.
Due Diligence & Title Review: Conduct comprehensive title due diligence, land records review, and risk assessment across jurisdictions.
Documentation & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents such as:
Joint Development / Collaboration Agreements, Lease Deeds and Leave & License Agreements, Hotel Management Agreements, Shareholders’ and Investment Agreements (where RE-linked), Commercial contracts and service agreements
Regulatory & Compliance Advisory: Advise on applicable real estate and municipal laws, including RERA, Transfer of Property Act, Stamp Act, Registration Act, and state-specific land laws.
Real Estate Litigation (where applicable): Handle or support disputes before civil courts, RERA authorities, and regulatory bodies; coordinate litigation strategy with dispute teams.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with developers, investors, lenders, hospitality clients, corporates, and internal teams to deliver practical and commercially sound advice.

Ideal Candidate:

Lawyer with 2–8+ years of PQE (Associate / Senior Associate / Principal Associate).
Strong hands-on experience in real estate transactions, advisory, and/or litigation.
Local law knowledge is critical, depending on location (state land laws, municipal regulations, development authorities).
Language proficiency required for certain roles (Kannada / Marathi / Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam, as applicable).
Educational background: LLB from a recognised university.
Locations: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai
Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and capable of independently handling matters at the relevant level.
