Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Automation Lead – Data & AI (Power Platform) to drive enterprise-wide low-code, automation, and AI initiatives. This role will be responsible for solution architecture, governance, integrations, and delivery of scalable automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

The role requires close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to enable digital transformation, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and design scalable enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
Establish and maintain Power Platform governance frameworks, standards, best practices, and Center of Excellence (CoE) models
Lead Dataverse data modeling, security, and integrations with ERP, CRM, Azure, SQL, SharePoint, and custom systems
Facilitate automation fitment workshops and solution design discussions with business stakeholders
Lead, mentor, and guide low-code development teams while ensuring quality, performance, and timely delivery
Partner with business teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities and define ROI
Champion AI-driven automation using Copilot, AI Builder, and intelligent workflows
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards
Provide technical leadership and hands-on support when required

Required Qualifications & Experience

10+ years of experience in application development or enterprise technology roles
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on and leadership experience with Microsoft Power Platform
Strong expertise in:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Dataverse
- Copilot Studio
Proven experience integrating Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Azure services, SQL databases, and ERP/CRM systems
Strong background in solution architecture, governance, and enterprise automation frameworks
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600)
Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
