Business Development Manager (BDM) – GTM Strategy & Deal Ownership (LATAM)

Role Overview

The BDM is the strategic core of the GTM pod. This role owns meeting quality, discovery depth, deal framing, and market learning, acting as the bridge between outbound execution (BDRs) and client leadership (VP Product).

Key Responsibilities

Own and lead qualified discovery and early sales conversations
Ensure meetings are relevant, contextual, and conversion-focused
Refine ICPs, positioning, and value propositions based on real market signal
Decide which opportunities to pursue vs kill early
Support BDRs with messaging, objection handling, and prioritization
Translate market feedback into actionable GTM insights for the client
Maintain clear documentation on what’s working and what isn’t

Required Profile

5+ years in B2B sales, business development, or GTM roles
Strong discovery, qualification, and consultative selling experience
Comfortable selling ambiguous or evolving products
Strategic thinker who can synthesize patterns from early data
Confident pushing back on bad-fit opportunities
