Position : Implementation Specialist (App Architect & Builder)

Work Hours (Client) : Remote (overlap with U.S. hours required; ideally CST/PST)

Pay Range : 3,500-4,500USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Company/Client Overview:

The Company is a next-generation no-code and AI platform specifically designed for building complex, regulated healthcare applications.

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer who will transform complex healthcare requirements into enterprise-level applications using the Blaze platform. You will architect and build sophisticated, HIPAA-compliant solutions in a fraction of the time required by traditional development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand application requirements and workflows.
Configure and deploy custom applications on the company’s platform.
Troubleshoot implementation issues and guide clients through setup processes.
Lead the "Design-to-Launch" phase for new clients, architecting HIPAA-compliant database structures from scratch.
Translate clinical and operational requirements into sophisticated Blaze logic, including multi-step automations and third-party integrations.
Consult with CIOs and Operations Leaders to refine their product vision for speed-to-market.
Maintain a rigorous implementation timeline, ensuring apps launch within the promised 10x faster window.
Maintain high standards of client communication, including meetings and progress updates.
Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Minimum Requirements:

Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills

Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally)

Experience: 4+ years in Full-stack Development or Technical Consulting

Industry: Healthcare experience a plus

Strong background in SQL and relational databases.
Experience in healthcare software or healthcare-related applications preferred.
Excellent English communication skills; comfortable in client-facing interactions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Web Developer experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
