About the Job
As Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing our business in Finland and driving growth with both existing and new customers. You will work closely with our Stockholm office and manage the entire sales process, from customer acquisition to quotations, projects, and delivery.

The role offers flexibility: you can work from home, a modern co-working space, or from our sister company’s office in Finland. Ideally, you are based in the Helsinki or Turku region, but we are open to other locations. The position involves travel to customers and suppliers and for internal meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Building up the business in Finland
Managing the sales process from A to Z, targeting both new and existing customers
Maintaining a high level of customer service
Following environmental and quality guidelines
Staying up to date and knowledgeable about our products and services
Understanding customer needs and their applications
Making decisions on daily matters within the scope of sales activities

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

Experience in technical B2B sales
Knowledge of the industry and municipal sector, especially applications related to pumps or other flow-related products
Technical education or equivalent experience
Native or fluent Finnish, very good English skills (Swedish and/or German are a plus, but not required)
